This will drive up pricing as we can not meet the needs of the market. Biggest challenge is the allocation @ENMAX has on the number of lots they can energize.

@CBCScott Imagine if the lands that have been vacant on the old Ernest Manning site would have been built out. What would the population be then?

Key parts of the local area plan. Although Calgary’s population has grown 375 pc since 1968, the communities in the Westbrook area have a smaller population today than in 1968.

It is time we have a discussion on the need to go to war with Russia. As a society we must do more. Sanctions do not seem to be enough. We can not value our lives over those in Ukrain.

@gccarra There is no doubt policing needs to evolve. But let there be no doubt that this largely due the lack of services in place to support mental health. This individual was in crisis if as a society we had in place supports we can avoid the police even being called.
