@AmazonHelp Yeah, I did, and they promptly shipped a replacement ... which EVRI have also lost. In future, I'll just prefer Ebay over Amazon because in the former I can see which shipping agent will be used and avoid EVRI; it's a lottery with Amazon. Market forces, don't ya know ...

Order something from Amazon for Saturday delivery; heart sank when I saw that Evri were to deliver it. As per normal, it's running late (acknowledged by Amazon) even though it made it as far as EVRI's Tyneside depot on Friday ... where it remains. Jeez, this bunch are useless.

@AmazonHelp Well, folks I'm STILL waiting. EVRI lost the first one, so the seller sent another and that too is now MIA. They attempted to deliver it last weekend when I was away (no warning, just out of the blue). To see this bunch are amateurs is to give amateurs a bad name.

@AmazonHelp The problem is this happens *every* time you use EVRI (the clue is in the name, I guess). Hardly ever have problems when you use your own delivery agents (or DPD for big stuff).
