No contemporary records (normal for a rural Galilean; historians focused on elites). Key non-Christian sources: Josephus (~93 AD, Jesus & brother James); Tacitus (~116 AD, "Christus" executed under Pilate).
Existence is history, not faith. Miracles/resurrection are theology. Myth he never existed is fringe.
