Same person. Only mention in either document of any potential recorded visual evidence. Where's the statement from [WITNESS 2]? (Who is clearly the "colleague" mentioned in the other document.) Also - the interviewer takes pains to mention some sort of test in the area, earlier that same day. No mention of this in the other document.

“What followed was a series of close UAP encounters lasting over an hour.” This is the whole reason you're there. Didn't take any pictures. Helicopter, fighter jets, ground teams. No mention of recording anything.

@MikeDoris @flarkey @MickWest Video quality is terrible as usual. The "fast dot" could be a hydrofoil or drone. Without further info, it's difficult to say for sure. Except it's likely not ET spacecraft
