That same thing happened to me last year. I was parked before the barrier. I came back to the car and started FSD fully expecting it to back up. I was shocked when instead it went FORWARD!! A loud BANG happened when I went over the barrier with the front wheels. Then I didn't want to have the front wheels go over the concrete barrier a second time so I pushed the accelerator pedal and another BANG happened. After that the suspension was not as smooth as before and the steering wheel wanted to drift to the right. I took the car to a Tesla service station and they did a realignment and some other adjustment and it came back to a normal soft ride.
