Again, it does not matter what the growth is, it would always be higher if not for Brexit. Unless you believe resurrecting the highest of barriers to trade, prosperity & growth against our neighbours, without (not in our gift to) removing either of them against & into any other country/market (never mind one of the same size & closeness as the EU), is better for greater trade, prosperity & growth? What Gove is proposing is less trade, prosperity & growth now for UK existing businesses & sectors, for the hope of better trade, prosperity & growth for new businesses of the future. Now, that is *not* what was sold by Brexiters at the time (we were sold *immediate* benefits), but is closer to the truth: "greater sacrifice now for you (guaranteed) in the present - but not us politicians - for a better hoped for (but *not* guaranteed) future for future generations. People should vote accordingly.
