I think people are misunderstanding why those prices are being asked. It's not what a CDL spot is valued at; it's probably how much debt those teams have. They want to sell & clear their books, not have a large loss.

Gonna use this thread for anime reviews/recommendations. Been trying to catch up and watch some OG anime. Finished Death Note. It’s mainly dialogue but the plot had so many twists/turns that it keeps you addicted. Light and L’s dynamic is cinema. Loved it, ending wasn’t ideal tho (we know who shoulda won) 8/10 Next up -> Attack on Titan. Bros mom got eaten episode 1. Let’s do this 🤣

@NAMELESS How does a 1 map edge add too much instant pressure in a bo9? The losers bracket team comes off a match it essentially negates most of whatever pressure that 1-0 advantage gives. IMO a bracket reset adds significantly more pressure to the LB team

I am not a fan of giving the WB team a map lead in finals. I think it applies way too much instant pressure and can ruin the allure of natural game 7s/9s etc Bracket reset is for sure my favorite however if we can’t do that and wanted to award an advantage to the winners team - why not try something like allowing them to pick whether there are 3 SNDs or 3 HPs in the BO7 final?

@TTinyy_ @CruzeeyCOD I think the better team should have the higher odds of winning no matter what. If that means 80% of the time the better team won that’s because they weren’t sent to losers after losing 3 maps in a series. In that 20% of the time the better team simply won.

@CruzeeyCOD 80% is crazy.. they definitely deserve some sort of compensation/advantage but make it more 65/35 (whatever that means they need to do)

If a team hasn’t dropped a series and won every match I would say an 80% chance of winning the tournament is fair no?
