Ordered some groceries... wrong item delivered... told @Uber_Support in the Uber app... said there's "nothing they can do" for reasons we've explained" (none given). Then contacted later with "Hi Mohammad" – message meant for someone else. 🤣 Worst customer service for a while!

@WorcsBoschCare Still not able to connect to my thermostat through the (rubbish) app. A quick glance at the reviews of said app show that I'm far from alone. Are there any plans to fix it? Or is it simply a case of sell a product, neglect a product, ignore the problems?
