Innovation can often be the combining of various technologies. Hamish Monteith has combined ultrasound scanning, EID reading & weighing into the pregnancy scanning process. He's done the thinking and it’s now up to us to think how best we can use the information we get back.

@sheep_data_mgmt @AllflexAU Hi Elise. The only option I can find is in the Tag Manager app which has a Reader Config. Option in the tools menu. Unfortunately no details on what that option does but worth an investigation if no other solutions offered. Mike

@AllflexAU green stick EID reader query. How do you change the settings on the stick so when the EID comes up on the XR5000 it has the space in the fourth spot? No space and so isn’t linking to animal lifetime data #whysodifficult

Funny how EID eartags are now compulsory and no one actually asked us farmers fir our opinion. I think the sheep industry is heading towards becoming a cottage industry. It's hard enough now to make a income off them. This just adds more cost for no real gain
