@CP_UK_Whinfell Very disappointed to learn that some clothes I left hanging in the wardrobe upon my departure on Friday appear to have gone missing. This unfortunately leaves a sour taste after such a lovely stay.

Absolutely shocking service by @TheRAC_UK today. As a paying member I waited almost 5 hours for a home start today. Then I received a call to say they'd be here at least 9 hours later the next day! I get that they're busy, but come on!!!

@HMRCcustomers Abysmal service yet again. I've been trying to sort my online SA for 4 hours today. I have spoken with 6 different members of staff, each of whom placed me on hold and left me there... And now you have turned your phone lines off altogether!! Tax IS taxing!!

#virginmobile Been trying to resolve an issue for my father in law all week regarding his faulty SIM card. All hee needed was a replacement sending out but we have been on hold for over an hour and have had ZERO response to two 'live chat' messages. Please help!!!!! Awful service
