They all want the three sixes - 6 foot, 6 figure income (in USD) and 6 inches, but that is about 1% of the population that they expect to “capture” and, even less likely, keep.

The common response to this news is that Alex Cooper is somehow leading her audience down a path that she herself is not choosing. But what’s happening here is actually the exact feminist dream. A woman participates in hookup culture as much as she wants when she’s in her prime. She sleeps around, has casual sex, gets the ick, dumps men, gets dumped, has summer flings, gets abortions if needed. She’s hot. She has pretty privilege and isn’t afraid to use it. But when she feels like the time is right, she settles down with a high value man — only because it’s her choice, not because she feels pressured by societal standards or a ticking biological clock. This man does not care about her past because he wouldn’t dare judge a woman for expressing herself sexually. They have a beautiful wedding and her dress is stunning. She gets pregnant when she feels like she’s ready to take on motherhood. She trades in her promiscuous days only when she wants to, on her own terms. And the perfect man she finds is more than happy to go along with her timeline because he respects her and her desires. And he doesn’t want to lose her. Alex has quite literally lived out the perfect feminist blueprint thus far. You see, the only problem is, this modern feminist blueprint usually only works for exceptionally successful, gorgeous women with influence (with exception of course, but we’re talking about the rule here). Models, actresses, wealthy bachelorettes and entrepreneurs. It doesn’t quite translate for the everyday mid who works a boring corporate job. By the time she’s well into her 30s, the everyday mid with the promiscuous past generally doesn’t have the same allure and magnetism as a famous rich blonde who regularly rubs shoulders with elite celebrities. The men that she wants to try and settle down with have far less interest in her and would much rather marry a woman much younger, much less seasoned, and much more fertile. This is why we are seeing such high rates of childless unmarried women. They followed the early years of the blueprint, spending their 20s and even most of their 30s dating casually, believing that they too could find a high value man when they’re older and eventually sick of the dating scene—why wouldn’t they be able to? They look at famous, rich celebs and influencers and think, hey I can do that too. If they can postpone marriage and kids until they are “ready,” so can I! But everyday women simply aren’t on the same playing field as women like Alex Cooper. Few will fully understand this. Many will try to make excuses as to why this isn’t true (brace yourself for the outliers’ stories). Even if you don’t see anything morally wrong with the hookup culture that Alex Cooper praises on her show, young women would be smart to understand the real world, and that you have a much greater chance at locking down a high value man when you’re younger and a bit more austere. Sorry I don’t make the rules.

@mikebolen @BowTiedBull Agreed, so prices would have to come down. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condos that were selling for $800k are now listing for $600k. Monthly payment on a $600k place is around $4500-5000 including utilities and depending on HOA rate. Renting instead is $2800-3300/mo.

This is because every new one is going to be 6%, that's normal The 3-4% ones will never move which is the point If it drops to 40% you're still proving the point, ain't no luxury property going to sell at a discount. Period

@BowTiedBull @mikebolen Divorce is gonna be huge. Look at an area like coastal San Diego. People that bought in 15-20 years couldn’t afford the place the own if buying today. People that bought 5 years ago face incredible hikes in insurance, taxes and HOA. Rentals don’t work with these numbers.

@BowTiedOx For anyone looking to optimize cost and macros. Costco is the cheapest and Sprouts is the best in the San Diego area. They give you the chicken for less than you can make it yourself. Have a case of Costco chicken bone broth at home, use that instead of water to cook basmati rice

But also a reminder that instead of buying a $5 Fairlife shake, you can just buy a rotisserie chicken & get 4x the protein for about the same price

At this rate people are going to have to Buy Now Pay Later just to buy a single serving/ready to drink protein shake…

@Defiantclient2 @JKeynesAlpha I’ve been on $QS since 2021 at $28, added at $6.84 last week and again at $8.49 this morning and it had nothing to do with Mr Xu. At least now we can put a face to the pump and dump that happens nonstop.

@JKeynesAlpha Hopefully the net effect is positive for bringing new awareness and potential investors to $QS. So far, at least the stock price is higher than when Kevin Xu entered so I’ll take that as a W.

$QS Kevin Xu, who is obviously free to trade however he wants, bought QuantumScape for about 36 hours and then sold it. Bye bye. Fun while it lasted. Nothing about the thesis has changed. Nothing about the chart, which still looks technically strong, has changed either. People buying $QS for 36 hours because 1 guy tries to pump it is funny, and we are better off without that crowd. I initially thought it was cool to get some new eyeballs on the stock. Then came the sequence of saying QS is great, trying to pump it, which seemed not to work precisely because it was not couched in terms of the actual company thesis or catalysts, and exiting before the supposed “pump.” Genuinely comical. $QS will pump harder when they are gone, and for reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with them. LOL

$QS Short sellers have fucked around and are finding out. Time’s almost up. Stock should’ve never dropped so low this year anyways. We have a lot of catching up to do. Should be minimum $20 considering all the progress made.

Griffin Canning is actually someone I thought the White Sox should’ve taken a flyer on this offseason. 3.77 ERA in 16 starts last season with the Mets before his Achilles injury.

$QS 🔋 I’ve been a QS bull since fall 2024. People have trolled me on and off and called me an idiot because the price has moved with market sentiment and attention moved elsewhere. QS gets mocked and bulls get insulted simply because the market bid down the price for a while. I’m still here. QuantumScape will look a lot like $ASTS AST SpaceMobile in the end. The same people who equate price with success will be happy to pay over $50-$100 per share when any of the 5 OEMs, robotics, or BESS companies announce product lines, after they laughed at it at $6, $8, $3. This is very typical of high growth companies. Bookmark this because I will retweet it when it happens. You’ve had plenty of chances to get in cheap to accumulate and plenty of information to understand. What path will you take?
