I am going through same frustration everyday. I chat with support they take all my info then verification & then they take a long time & repeated explanations to get a small issue and then they inform me that they will fix & guess what -no action and I do the same cycle next day

@Domaindotcom - your customer service is pathetic. I am trying to fix small issue which domain team made on my receipt but it’s more than 2 weeks and 4/5 chat session and they don’t get it. And there is no phone number to talk to anyone. This frustrating

@MikeSievert T- mobile seems just looting me every month. For iPhone XS Max takes in sept 2019 I am still paying $45.84 / month. Till date I paid $1537.87 and it says the remaining amount is 223 to own it. That will iPhone XS Max Costco 1760. Can you please help here
