@IndesitUK you need to call me urgently please. I’m sat waiting for your engineer for a third time (you have failed the first 2 times) and he’s just called, out the phone down and left and is not picking up his phone. This is my 3rd week without a fridge!

@IndesitUK I have now been trying for a week to get a fridge repair. I try calling you approx 20 times a day and get cut off each time. There was a repair booked for Friday but your engineer called in sick, then another was meant to come on Sat and he didn't turn up!!

@parcelforce I have been Sat in my garden all morning waiting for a very important delivery which was on a guaranteed Sat service. I have not moved from this spot, no one has been and website says delivery was attempted which is a lie.I have sent a DM. Need this package today!
