WOW! Convinced a former Cornyn supporter to vote for Ken Paxton. Being at the polls on Election Day does make a difference. 📍Collin County, TX

The United States has informed European allies it plans to significantly cut its military contributions to NATO, urging them to move quickly to close the gap, according to the German media outlet Der Spiegel. Alexander Velez-Green, a senior advisor and envoy for U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, briefed allies on plans during a confidential meeting last week at the NATO Headquarters in Brussels, with European officials reported to have been taken aback by the scale of the planned drawdown by the Trump Administration. As part of the drawdown, the U.S. Armed Forces plans to commit much fewer assets to NATO’s pool of readily available forces in the case of a conflict, significantly reducing the number of deployable drones, fighter jets, aerial refueling aircraft, strategic bomber, as well as warships, submarines and other naval assets, with a roughly one-third cut in just its fighter-aircraft contribution to forces in Europe.

Just filled my tank. In Texas, gas is $3.99 a gallon. Hey Gavin—the problem isn’t Chevron, it’s California’s stupid energy policies….

Congrats everyone who participated $500! $AMD

Today, we remember George Floyd, who was murdered by a former Minneapolis police officer six years ago. That moment changed our city forever.

Cornyn is nothing like Tillis or Cassidy. He’ll probably lose tomorrow but if he wins, it’ll be because he’s handled himself much better than any other primaried senator or Congressman. I personally never understood the hate he gets. That said, no one is entitled to a seat so it’s not like Paxton was breaking the law by running in a primary. And “nice guy” Hunt ran in the primary too! Massie had to go. Cassidy was way out of step with his state. But if Cornyn does win, it’s just a couple of Senate votes difference between him and Paxton over this coming term.
