@aryan9030 @Poshmarkapp I completed all the steps to have my account reinstated. When will it actually be reinstated? Why are buyer requested cancels counted in the cancellation metric?

@Poshmarkapp my account got restricted for cancellations but the cancellations were either upon buyer's request or auto cancels from poshmark even though the buyers were willing to wait for the items. When can I get reinstated?

@Poshmarkapp have you considered using bots for customer service? They might actually READ through emails :) When an item is shows delivery in a different city from my address in the system, maybe stop telling me I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS.

@Poshmarkapp when you tell poshmark support multiple times the item was delivered to the WRONG CITY per USPS tracking and screenshotted the return address in the system multiple times and they still have the audacity to make you correct your address 🙃

@Poshmarkapp @PoshmarkSupport Day 17 of Grinch ruining Christmas but will he ruin New Years??? Poshmark allowed buyer’s bogus return and now I have no returned item (item to returned to sender) AND poshmark refunded the buyer AND is still not compensating me 🙃🙃

@PoshmarkSupport My order was delivered to the buyer on 5/14 and the funds are still withheld even though no issues were reported.

@mercari_app My account has been "pending review" since Dec 21st and was supposed to get a response from the moderation team but have still heard nothing. Apparently accounts "pending review" is now worse than suspended accounts since money can't be withdrawn anymore.
