@cryptocom. what is the ETA to have my fund available in my account? spent my whole Friday chasing ur so called 24/7 support team. noticed others are having issues w/ fund not being available after transferred to crypto.com app.

@cryptocom never received my transfer to fiat wallet..apparently number of posts in reddit posted the same issue w/o resolution, not very reliable if this were to happen to happen just once to anyone w/ money transferred to crypto.com fiat wallet.

@cryptocom Frankly, lack of ur empathy towards ur customer is really turning me off to look for other platforms to trade. Screenshot of bank transfer but it never made it to my crypto.com app acct.Ball is in ur court crypto.com, so what's nxt?

@cryptocom hey, you claimed to have 24/7 customer support on your website. I didn't see any traction w/ my issue reported over 8 hours ago as my fund was not showing up at crypto.com app after transfer but it was auto deposited to yours.

@cryptocom hey, got a reply from your CSR but the issue is not b ref# no., I've already sent the ref# in DM, Fund is not showing in crypto.com app account. DMs sent earlier by me can help ur team to understand the issue. Wow spent whole day no resolution yet.

@Bell_Support Hello, sent my account number and billing information but there has not been any progress on this issue for resolution. Very unpleasant for customer, too much of time being wasted to fix the Bell One Bill billing issue created on my Bell account.

@Bell fix your One billing system. Customer does not need to spend time to fix your mistake.I am Not with Bell mobility but have other Bell products..charged for Bell mobility and was credited, did not get updated to One billing after 8 days and shows as past due.Bad CX.
