This wasn’t our video… but it says everything. Same aisle. Same shelf. Four cans opened side by side. Ours came out with more corn and less water. No tricks. No filler. No shortcuts. Just a full can the way it’s supposed to be.

Another ‘conspiracy theory’ proven true Danielle Lammon is a former Allstate insurance agency owner in Colorado, in the Aurora and Denver area She confirms the skyrocketing insurance rates are because of illegal uninsured drivers getting into accidents “She would have people that would get hit by illegals that didn't have insurance, and then her own insurance company is having to pay out their own clients that were hit by illegals — Which is crazy. Think about that. Your company that represents you, is having to pay you because the illegals don't have insurance” This isn’t just Colorado. This is happening everywhere. When you see your insurance rates keep going up, even without accidents, this is a major reason

The biggest mistake I made in attempts at recovery (in chronic illness) has always been asking a compromised foundation to do more biochemically than what it could - especially long-term. I always started supplementing downstream of where I needed. I always got some of the supplements and pathways right. I always thought I had fixed something when I was still in the early throes of managing it. I always ultimately failed and always partially succeed so I failed to learn the right lessons. Indeed, I often learnt the wrong lesson - I kept proving to myself I could fix things when what I was just doing was: learning to manage symptoms. Keeping symptoms at bay is not healing. It is not recovery. I can choose now (in a large part, yes - I know it sounds crazy almost - but it actually is so very controllable) - how much physiological cytokine based suffering I can handle in a particular week - and depending on how much hard work I decide I can handle (much much prodding and poking of the immune system) - my suffering (cytokines) will be higher or lower. Some weeks I work very hard and it is awful. Sometimes I need a break and just to suffer less. I take breaks. I have had multiple partial remissions over the years (and one nearly full one for a decade +) and many of the long-term patients I know have also gone through many partial recoveries. We tend to decline again though and often get hit with a new trigger (i.e. virus, mold). Looking back I can see where I made the mistake. I assumed things were better because I felt better. Because I could do more I felt like things were less dysfunctional. The best thing I have done for myself is looking at the most foundational basics. I am not setting myself up for another partial recovery. I know it drives people madder than hatters to say minerals, vitamins, electrolytes, amino acids, probiotics - but a miracle drug will not fix dysfunction in biochemistry and metabolomics and the microbiome. It simply cannot and while it may seem to work (for a while) - it cannot and will never be a solution. This time I am going for resilience and the foundation will be strong.

Someone else's words - but they could not be any more relevant in capturing how I approach my own illness and the battle for recovery. I have "a deep, stubborn, bone-level trust, that [my] body is fighting for [me] even when [I] can't feel it." I dont 'hope' - I know - I know that I have non-sick years ahead of me. "Here's what nobody tells you about healing from serious illness. Most of it happens in the dark. Before you see it. Before you feel it. The work you're putting in today is showing up somewhere in you right now. You just can't see it yet." - @mimikmorgan

Now imagine how chronic hypovolemic state underlying #POTS affects young women (and men) who live with POTS... But they are asked to exercise and function as if they are healthy people or worse, are sent to psychiatrists to "fix their mindset" when they physically can't do those things. If you're a physician, you need to think about this long and hard. Right now there is a post in a very large physician FB group about a very sick patient with #EDS and POTS, with many physicians commenting that this is psychiatric, needs psych, young people can't possibly be that sick. This ignorance is a medical emergency that we need to fix STAT!
Brandon Luu, MD@BrandonLuuMD

This is great advice. In young women, just 1.36% dehydration makes tasks feel 58% harder, concentration 45% harder, fatigue 17% worse, and headaches ~2x more likely.

I'm in the ER. I just had a tube put in my chest. I fainted twice this morning, fell, and one of my lungs punctured and collapsed. A true trashcan bob moment. If only I had worm paste, musical therapy, a magnet vest, or GLP1s. Surely that would have saved me.

You think your long COVID is permanent. You’re wrong. A 2021 hypothesis paper in Medical Hypotheses proposed BPC-157 as a direct counter to spike protein damage: shredded gut lining, clogged microvessels, suffocating mitochondria. It started when the virus stripped your blood vessels. By the time you couldn’t climb stairs without sitting, the spike protein had been rewiring you for months. Every day it’s already: → Tearing your gut lining apart → Clogging the microvessels in your brain → Suffocating your mitochondria You didn’t fail to recover. Your body never got the signal to start. Long COVID doesn’t plateau. It deepens. Your micro-clots are getting closer to macro-clots. Your gut leaks more autoimmune triggers every month. Your mitochondria are dying — and dead mitochondria don’t grow back. The window is closing. You’ve watched friends recover. Family stop believing you’re sick. Yourself disappear. Every month you wait is tissue you’ll never get back. BPC-157 rebuilds the endothelium, repairs the gut, activates VEGFR2, crosses the blood-brain barrier. It counters the exact damage destroying you — but only while there’s still tissue left to save. This isn’t a virus problem. It’s a repair problem with an expiration date. And nobody is repairing it for you. I wish I’d known years ago. Comments below.

Who wants to tell Paul that putting a needle there is auricular VNS to deplete deuterium via Alderman's nerve. Iwill remind you psychiatrist are usually at the bottom of their class and forget the key things that matter. Hence why they become Rx pad MDs for Big Harma. What doesn't Paul know? BIOPHYSICS OF THE VAGUS NERVE and how it depletes deuterium. Auricular Branch (Alderman's nerve): Supplies the skin of the external acoustic meatus and tympanic membrane. In my decentralized model, cerumen (earwax) isn't just "debris", it is an Isotopic Shield secreted by the body to protect the delicate, liquid-crystalline structures of the Cochlea from a failing magnetic field and a Meckel's blockade from deuterium fractionation via the vagal exhaust. When Meckel’s cave is blocked as it is when you get a tick bite, the auricular branch of the vagus senses this isotopic "overheat" near the acoustic apparatus. It secretes cerumen, a lipid-rich, high-dielectric material, to act as a physical and isotopic buffer. It is the ear's version of a coconut. It is storing the deuterium in a safe place where no mitochondria are. The wax is the body's attempt to "trap" the deuterium at the surface before it can penetrate and "stiffen" the hair cells of the cochlea to cause tinnitus. Because Alderman’s nerve is a branch of the Vagus, a "Cerumen Plug" is a direct bio-indicator of Vagal Stagnation. It tells you the 4th ventricle exhaust is "backed up" to the ear canal. If you don't unblock Meckel’s cave and restore the Z-axis vortex, the body will simply secrete morewax to protect the "Overheating" ear. This is why tinnitus and cerumen often go together; both are symptoms of the Petrous Apex stalling out in a declining magnetic field. When you put an acupuncture needle in this region you are basically doing an ancient vagal nerve stimulator fo the auricular nerve = Decentralized neurosurgeons are generally the TOP of the class. We do not forget the lessons in anatomy.
Paul Saladino, MD@paulsaladinomd

This therapy may be able to reverse alpha-gal syndrome, aka tick induced meat allergy... Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment (SAAT) uses acupuncture in the ear, a single needle placed for 3-4, weeks to help the immune system "reset." Western medicine isn't really sure how it works but there's some evidence that it's quite effective. (PMID 35003502) 126 patients treated, 121 (96%) reported symptom remission. More studies are needed, but this is compelling data. Red meat (beef, lamb, venison) and dairy + collagen are incredibly nutrient-rich foods that are vital for optimal health. Not being able to eat these is a big deal. I hope this therapy is studied more widely and this information gets to those who are suffering with alpha-gal. Please share if you know someone who has this issue.

@DrJackKruse Love the stuff. Buyer beware though. Rule of thumb: A good coconut oil that'll give you a palpable charge should smell of fresh coconuts. A not so good coconut oil that will do little else but sit in your gut for an age, smells of nothing. No matter what it says on the jar.

MCT oils are the best way to get DDW to increase your dielectric constant because they force the IMM to make DDW at CCO with no storage. More proof the vegan MD is a moron below. We've known this since 1942. Mitochondrial payoff: Heteroplasmy in the IMM → Complex I stall due to deuteration of NADH → need for ketone/MCT bypass and DDW surge (Mellanby 110g metabolic water). By shifting the fuel source to ketone bodies (specifically Beta-hydroxybutyrate), we aren't just "changing gas"; we are electronically "re-tuning" the IMM to bypass the Isotopic Sludge of a failed glucose refinery the doc below loves to hit with deuterium hence his bad centralized thinking. The Complex I "Deuterium Bypass" Low NAD+ = deuteration As I've discussed at length in my thesis, Complex I is the most frequent site of the "Magnetic Iron-Stall" because it is the largest, most "gear-heavy" part of the ETC. Vegans do not know this because they eat a deuterium laden diet and this slows the ATPase RPM rate = dumbassery. The Problem: In a deuterated, SAA-influenced state, Complex I clogs with D+ due to its need in high metabolic states like exercise or cognition. This stops the "lightning" (the 40 MV/m field) and triggers the Warburg/Sugar "Flash-Wash" we saw in the Mellanby data. The Ketone Hack: Ketones provide a Direct Feed to Complex II. By bypassing the stalled Complex I, ketosis allows the mitochondria to resume the Proton-Motive Forceinstantly. It’s a "Jump-Start" that allows the 160THz signal to resume while the "Janitor" (Ubiquitin) clears the Complex I clog. The 110g DDW Surge: "Deep Cleaning" the CSF (my expertise) Mellanby’s 1942 data is the "Proof of Work" here. The High-Dielectric Flow: Beta-oxidation of fats/ketones produces double the metabolic water of sugar. The CSF De-Frag: This high volume of "Internal DDW" acts as a systemic "Pressure Wash." It flushes the Lateral Ventricles, clears the Obex, and "un-sticks" the dilated nerve root sleeves I saw on the MRI's of vegans. Yeah, I have a software protocol for seeing D+ shadows on MRI Ketosis is the only metabolic state that provides enough "dielectric grease" to keep the Y-axis from locking during a "Magnetic Stall."Ketosis as a "Topological Insulator". The Doc below has no idea the notochord and vagus are the Y-axis. Bottom of his class in med school. Ketone bodies have a unique effect on the GABA/Glutamate balance (the Z-axis "Chaos" signal). This is the AMPAR loop. Dr. G has no idea what the AMPAR loop is in neuroectordermal layers = dumbassery Restoring the Stator: Ketosis increases GABA and stabilizes the Z-axis vortex of the heart (HRV). It provides the "Magnetic Torque" needed to re-pin the protons when the Universal Stator is fraying. The 40 MV/m Shield on the IMM: By increasing the efficiency of the ETC, ketosis helps the IMM maintain its high-voltage potential. This "re-insulates" the membrane, preventing the Maillard-Orange browning that eventually leads to the "Anesthesia State" or "Cognitive Haze." Be careful who packs your parachute. The guy below will kill ya' in this decline (SAA)
