FSD drove my wife and I all the way from San Diego to Palm Springs for the weekend. Today it gave us an architectural tour powered by @grok . It picked the homes to see and routed them all together perfectly. I didn't film the whole thing, this is just a glimpse.

Ten years ago, I walked into Tesla as an intern — January 2015, back when all we built was the Model S. I never imagined I'd one day lead the Fremont factory where we are building some of the most amazing cars the world has ever seen. Today we sunset the S/X program, and it's bittersweet. The first ever car I bought was a Model S. It showed me a whole new world, and a reason to believe in futuristic technology. The end of one thing makes room for new beginning of the other. We're letting go of something we loved a lot so we can build something even greater. Big things are already on their way to Fremont factory— a future of amazing abundance. Thank you, @elonmusk, for the vision. To everyone who built this with me: thank you. Onto the next chapter. 🚀

Hi. Many of my closest friends and of course my family, already know, but I want to share a bit of why you haven’t seen me much during the past couple of days. After a very difficult past few days, I had to see a doctor this morning and they sent me straight to the ER for an emergency procedure. So I will most likely not be popping up the new @UranderOfficial prototype tent again during the next few days while I recover. I consider myself very lucky to have made such an amazing number of friends in this adventure and many of you have been directly helping me and reaching out with help. From just expressing the desire to be with us during this difficult moment, hosting us at different places for shelter, bringing food or simply advising me with great life choices, I simply want to say thank you. I am not including any names in this post because there are so many of you. Simply, Thank you. There is however one name I can’t leave out. Nancy has been my rock all these years and today is no exception. Thank you for all the adventures, @teslatina. Today’s was just a different one, but we will conquer it as well. Oh, and definitely… Go @SpaceX! Go Starship! Thank you to all the friends I’ve made working hard at SpaceX this week. You know who you are and you deserve a successful mission for S39. Ad Astra 💫
