@countgoesfull @GCEagle14 Also lack of evidence is when parents get mad because they don’t have an excuse for their kid not doing homework, them not working with them and the kid acting up

@Minuet888 @GCEagle14 There’s plenty to stop it and/or delay it for years. For example, lack of sufficient evidence. I will say, it is much easier if the parent or guardian is the catalyst for an IEP, not an educator.

A lot of kids with IEPs are just assholes who don’t know consequences and the parents don’t want to try.

@countgoesfull @GCEagle14 It’s easier if the teacher is the catalyst, it’s difficult for a teacher to be a catalyst, there’s so much we’re not allowed to say it frequently has to come from a parent. (At least in CA)

@countgoesfull @GCEagle14 As a teacher and a special needs mom, I know exactly how to get an IEP and it actually is not that difficult and you do not need to get a lawyer. You do not need to get hardly anything you just need to wait the process and you get it and that is the biggest problem

This is the results of our schools. They teach these kids communism, socialism, anti American ideology, immorality, and racism. We need to fix our educational system by getting rid of these woke teachers and this bullsh!t curriculum in our schools now. We need to bring it back to the old ways by sticking to education not indoctrination. Teachers should not be allowed to inject their own political views, religious ideologies , or sexual identity interpretations to our children. Start holding these kids accountable by tossing their ass into a detention center. These kids will keep acting out if they are not held accountable.
