Avoid or Treat Second-Hand Items • Avoid second hand clothing or fumigate them before use to prevent introducing bed bugs into your living space. 4. Community Engagement and Cooperation • Participate in fumigation efforts organized by the City of Harare and are community led. • Collaborate fumigation teams to ensure comprehensive coverage and prevent the spread of bed bugs between units. • Ensure all rooms are open for fumigation teams to access rooms. 5. Report and Seek Professional Assistance • Report suspected infestations to City Health Department 0242 774141-3, or registered pest control service providers for professional assessment and treatment. KEEPING PROMISES: A FOLLOW-UP ON MASVINGO CSC As promised, I'm addressing the Masvingo CSC issue. In July 2018, I tweeted that the CSC Masvingo would open at the end of that month. Unfortunately, the investor failed to deliver, and the project didn't materialize as planned. The CSC is now under Mutapa Investments with a new plan. As for Shabani and Mashaba Mine, it’s the same thing of an investor failing to secure funding, after making promises and signing on employees as well as flighting tenders for equipment. I apologize for the delay and regret not updating you sooner.

His supporters view him not as "an instant failure", but as a visionary and a successful leader who has delivered peace, and unmatched economic growth and social progress in Rwanda. Therefore, upon closer scrutiny, it's clear that there's more to the issue than the simplicity of being or not being in office as president "for more than 10 years". What that entails is a question for another day!
