Admin, please put thought into staff meetings & streamline them as much as possible. If it can be emailed, email it, but not after 5:00pm. If someone can say or do it better, let them lead meeting. Meetings should serve an important purpose, not just be for the sake of meeting.

Do folks actually require lesson plans to be submitted? I’ve always found this practice unnecessary and insulting! We work with pros and should not have to “check” lesson plans. My humble opinion. 😊

Admin,for the new year, try to remove something from your Teachers already supersized Platter. Find something no longer needed or working. Like detailed lesson plans, covering other T's during planning, lunch duty, etc. This shows you value them & they will appreciate you for it!

So been wanting to try nearpod but never did due to thinking it’d take a lot of work to plan but i finally gave it a go and it took less than thirty minutes to make an area lesson and decreased my need for copies. Thank you @HotRodteaching for the tips and tricks @CockrellHillLMA
