@British_Airways we fly tomorrow to Mykonos and submitted the pre flight documents yesterday but still pending verification when will this happen as I can’t check in til it’s done!!!!!!

@sainsburys is your site down? Unable to add to basket on both the app and website….

@sainsburys I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and still get an error saying failed to add. I’ve tried clearing cache and my laptop and everything fails to add to basket still. I have also tried in a browser on my phone and also fails…

@MissSnape91 Morning Becca, sorry to see this still isn't working. Can you try uninstalling and re-installing the app as well as using a different device/browser? Clearing cookies and cache may help too. Marc
