@DougPChandler @PurinaUK @Tesco I’m with Doug here. We don’t have any waste from a 100g pouch with 2 cats. There would be waste though if I now have to open 2 pouches to give the same amount of food to my 2 cats that they’re used to! Utter scam! I also bought mine from Tesco and noticed the smaller box

@BootsUK I ordered several items in your Black Friday sale. 2 parcels dispatched on same day, 1 arrived yesterday (the delivery date). One is just showing as “dispatched” on Royal Mail tracker. Why do I have to wait 7 days to be able to address this? Xmas won’t wait 7 days

@ThreeUK my stepson signed up for a new iPhone over a year ago via @AffordableMob but his EE number was never ported over as it should have been. He has no knowledge of his 3 mobile no. & now he's been sent a bill which he has paid. We have an account number but no mobile no.

@British_Airways thanks for cancelling our 15.20 flight to TFS and replacing us with a 06.45am flight. Nothing gets a holiday off to a more relaxing start than a 2.30am alarm to get to the airport and a 3 hour wait for your room to be ready on arrival
