Pathetic service by @bookingcom rescheduling flight is a nightmare. The option shown on the website is different and the customer services gives a totally different option with exorbitant price.

My relative(75yr old) is hospitalised in GNRC Barasat Hospital, Kolkata. @gnrchospitals Hospital is sharing very different status everytime we call. They are rude too. The sole caregiver is hospitalised and is in a different hospital. How do we get in touch with our relative ?
