@BritishGasHelp who is the most senior person I can speak to before I contact the @EnergyOmbudsman ? 6 month ongoing issue, multiple complaints raised and over £1200 of my money being kept from me. I was meant to have a call at 10am today & nobody called. Disgusting!

@BritishGasHelp @Mattallwright @Siobhain_Mc I cannot get anywhere with BG. They made an error in July 24. Depsite me contacting multiple times, they refuse to give me direct answers & are withholding over £1200. Being on maternity leave & with a baby at home-that £ is desperately needed!
