We have a healthcare system where Black patients are too often ignored, misdiagnosed, and denied care. Black doctors save lives. Culturally competent care saves lives. We can't afford to lose that just because conservatives are uncomfortable with diversity.

I’ll explain it because he is an idiot! Someone owns three buildings and one is now rent frozen. Two are fair market. The losses from the rent frozen apartment building get passed to the other two buildings who’s rent goes up! Then people who just own regular apartments raise their rent because they want to keep up! Nothing is free!

By December you will be told they are the greatest thing since ice cream!
