At the request of our residents, we are pleased to report that a SID (speed indicator device) has been recently fitted along Townley Rd. hopefully this will ensure drivers keep to the speed limit. @bexleynews @MPSBexleyheath @BexleyheathTown #RoadSafety

Another interesting point with #tubestrikes is because of last year’s intervention by @MayorofLondon of an extra £30m you just got the feeling both sides were waiting for it again. You could argue it undermined talks.

Unfortunately for commuters, RMT & Tfl now in positions where it’s difficult to get out of over 32 hour week. Tfl says cost £200m & can’t offer anything on reducing hours. RMT will only consider reduction in hours to tackle fatigue. So we have a stalemate. Strike on.
