Introducing our first AI employee... Ronnie. Ronnie lives on this Mac Mini. Ronnie was previously running on a Macbook Pro on one of our support engineers's terminal, but due to his overwhelmingly great performance, Ronnie has been promoted to senior AI agent which gives him access to his own Mac Mini home, allowing him to work far beyond 996, to 24/7, and he couldn't be happier. Ronnie's first projects are around supporting our customer-operations teams across support, success, solutions, and the sales team. Mandate: help them meet their goals, and scale fast. Many other agents across the company are looking for promotions right now too. -- Notes -- 1/ This video is playful and just showing Claude on voice mode, but in reality, this will be a permanent Claude Code instance waiting for requests from the team and from Pylon agents. 2/ We've found this particularly helpful for prototyping functionality quick, and testing the bounds of what can be done with AI today. 3/ Mac Mini's are a temporary solution 4/ And yes Ronnie will be moved to a server rack instead of a desk soon :) More to come here.
