On paper… the reality will be whole lot more plea deals with reduced charges because: 1: nobody wants to risk an 8th amendment challenge 2: nobody wants to spend the resources on a capital case 3: too much risk that a “bright future” won’t get to play opening shortstop at BYU

No campaign events advertised. No debates scheduled. When leaders stop putting in the effort to connect with people, it means they're taking Idaho voters for granted. Elections aren't about bank accounts or assuming victory, they're about the process and earning trust. If we lose that, Idaho is lost.
