@MurielMakulana @miwayinsurance Thanks My Sister. I will do this. The frustrating part is that they inconvenience for the whole month. To make the matters worse, they did not discuss the report with me, just send conclusions via email.

@miwayinsurance sucks. They took a month to declined my claim saying it is mechanical rather than accidental. What is bizarre, it is that their specialist said I dont know what fire is and this resulted in me using wrongly a fire extinguisher.
