As a Gen Xer, I can tell you boomers and even my own generation comparing their 20s to today’s 20-30 year-olds needs to stop. I paid $600 for a West Hollywood apartment at 23. Today it’s $3500. Burgers weren’t $20, they were $6 to $8 in a nice restaurant. Life is not comparable. It’s a completely different world now.

@chriscfore I heard Bob Ladoceur 25 plus years ago. Two most important coaches in your program... weight room guy, OL coach. He said if you ain't have anybody that can do it or trust, you better learn it and do it yourself.

Having issue with Jaylen Waddle’s production over the past few years feels like an unfair critique. In 2023, he was one of the most efficient WRs in football but the production was not elite due to Tyreek still being arguably the best WR in football and the run game emerging in a big way (Achane rookie year + Mostert TD explosion). In 2024, the offense completely broke down (horrible OL, Tua decline) and relied on a ton of short area quick targets designed for all of Tyreek, Achane, and Jonnu, while Waddle got tasked with real WR duties. In 2025, the efficiency kicked back up, but the offense broke down even further. Specifically due to Tua being a shell of his former self. Bo Nix may not be a top 10-12 QB, but he’s a massive upgrade from current Tua. And this offense has succeeded despite issues he may have. This is pretty easily Waddle’s best overall situation since 2022, where he put up nearly 1400 yards and 8 TDs on 2.71 yards per route run.
