Asked him how many offers he’s got on his listings right now and he said zero and it’s been crickets for months

@buildnbluegrass I got a 30 year note from a lady that was 82 - I made sure her executer was in the room and agreed. Her theory was when she died her kids would sell for cash and blow the money, so she sold it on a note to me. She has now passed and her kids just get a small check
