🧵 A customer can be defrauded in under 30 minutes. Here’s how. I ordered earphones from @Myntra / M-Now. Order ID: #133470795188627120401 At 8:27 PM, the package was delivered. Within seconds, I started recording an unboxing video. What did I find? ❌ Outer package intact. ❌ Product box already opened. ❌ Earphones missing. I immediately reported the issue and shared the timestamped unboxing video proving I opened the package right after delivery. Instead of investigating the evidence, Myntra simply closed my complaint saying “the product was delivered.” The issue is NOT whether a package was delivered. The issue is that the purchased item was missing inside the package. Even more shocking, the Help Centre falsely showed that a fresh replacement product had been delivered, when I never received any replacement whatsoever. Despite providing: ✅ Timestamped delivery proof ✅ Timestamped unboxing video ✅ Photographic evidence …my complaint has been repeatedly closed without a proper investigation. I’ve now escalated the matter to the Department of Consumer Affairs. Consumer Affairs Docket No.: 9622230 If this can happen despite clear video evidence, it can happen to anyone. Disappointed with my Toyota Innova Crysta 2.4Z Automatic. The vehicle has run only 45,000 km and has been regularly serviced. After receiving repeated “Engine Oil Level Low” warnings, I left it at the service center for inspection. Now I’m being told that Cylinder 3 has a compression issue and that the engine may need to be removed for further diagnosis, potentially leading to a huge repair bill. For a vehicle known for reliability and durability, how can such a major engine issue occur at just 45,000 km? I expect Toyota to investigate this matter thoroughly and provide appropriate support rather than placing the entire burden on the customer. @Toyota_India Please clarify and assist.

I have heard of a Zomato loophole which is so simple, terrifying and Zomato should be losing sleep over it A person orders 1 roti on Zomato. ₹40. Then he calls the restaurant directly 6 rotis, paneer butter masala, malai chaap, dal makhani, gulab jamun and pays them on UPI. Tells the restaurant to pack everything with that 1 roti Zomato order. The Zomato rider picks it up. Delivers home. No clue that ₹1,200 of food is riding shotgun with a ₹40 order. He’s using Zomato’s app. Zomato’s rider. Zomato’s entire logistics network and paying zero commission on 90% of his bill. It’s cheaper than booking directly from Porter and restaurant. The restaurant loves it. Full margin, no 25 to 30% Zomato cut. The customer loves it. No platform fee. No surge. No GST on the hidden portion. Zomato? Quietly subsidising the entire operation. And here’s the part nobody’s talking about this isn’t one rogue customer. Restaurants are in on it. They may be whispering this tip to regulars to keep them off the app. If this spreads, the unit economics of food delivery don’t just dip they bleed out from the inside. Zomato needs to plug this loophole. This is exploitation of the system. Zomato MUST do something to stop this. Have you seen this happening in your area?

My mamaji is on ventilator. He had all his life’s savings within PSU bank in FDs. All his accounts have been sealed as due to being bed ridden he could not do re-KYC in person. His kids asked bank to take humane view. Bank said if he cannot come in person, accounts will not open. FDs in PSU banks can be useless in time of need due to KYC regulations. @narendramodi @RBI this KYC mess is draconian. Please help in this time of need

@skjsaurabh This can't be true. If it is, it's the branch managers fault. One written complaint to BM, copy to their Regional Office. Email chairman with the acknowledgement and the very next day the BM will visit the hospital with flowers to do kyc and make funds available.
