On Friday, I finally defended my PhD on the identities and emotions of the Simpsons. Had a great discussion with @mrooduijn, an expert in this field!!

I’m collecting data for online convenience sample & recruitment is very slow (@ customary payment level). At 50% of planned N, I consider increasing payment but wonder if that introduces any bias. Did anyone change pay 50%-through, any experiences/ risks?
