@boltapp riders cancel trips when we're near and we get no proper support or any penalties for riders on cash trips but drivers are punished for cancelling. Your company is slowly becoming irrelevant and pointless for drivers.

Can bolt justify these prices honestly how much does the driver make? Petrol is R26+ but trips start at R18 Maintenance is not cheap,yet it is expected to have a clean car,roadworthy car,and still smile and be polite while im drowning literally!! @boltapp

TL, please help me here. I’ve been pulled over at Woodmead and it seems motorists are being asked to pay for fines on the spot. The officer argued with me insisting that if I had fines I couldn’t leave until I paid. Isn’t this not allowed anymore, why is this still happening?
