@mmjukic He's openly announcing plans to commit war crimes by targeting critical civilian infrastructure such as power stations and water desalinization plants.

A US invasion of Iran is not going to produce the tens of thousands of dead Americans that third-world propagandists continue to claim it would. There's no universe where the United States loses militarily to Iran in a conventional way. The entire Iraq and Afghanistan wars combined amounted to less than 8,000 killed over a 20-year period. What's likely going to happen is the US suffers a few hundred casualties taking Kharg Island and any other coastal facilities the Pentagon wishes to use as a bargaining chip in peace negotiations. That isn't the problem. The problem is that such a ground offensive will be used to further demoralize the Right and bring the cultural Marxists back into power. People who would love nothing more than to reopen the border, import another 20 million third-worlders, trans kids, and leverage state power to discriminate against White men will not openly campaign on these things. They'll campaign on the Virginia model. They'll talk about "affordability" and "being against the war". Only after being swept into power on the back of public anti-war sentiment will they begin to implement the various civilizationally destructive policies of gay race communism that we're all now all too familiar with. This war with Iran is stupid not because we can't win, but because it will be used to destroy the Right and bring those who hate this country and its people back into power.

@DagoSupremacy It's nice to have Paultards along for the ride but you're not capable of leading anything more serious than a community college class.

I’m sorry…a lot of the MAGA movement is made up of ex-Ron Paultards (like me) and otherwise disaffected voters. Trade, no new wars, immigration…that’s it. Throwing everything away for Iran war and head pats from the Israel lobby (if not this than what???) is disgusting.

@vectro Are you setting up delegation in Hermes or just having them use Claude Code for Opus?

I'm only using Hermes Agent from now on, no more OpenClaw. 3 of them are doing non-coding work for my business as I write this. My go-to LLMs are: * Kimi-K2.5 for general tasks * MiMo-V2-Pro for Linux admin Opus sub-agents on the ready for extra lifting when needed.

hermes feels fundamentally better than every other agent harness I've tested it manages its own memory and it actually works it proactively writes what it learns about you, searches your full conversation history, and compresses context intelligently when sessions get long excellent so far with dev tasks, no errors on Cron jobs, keeps me in the loop, great response formatting every session it truly feels it knows you better than the last. what I was hoping for from openclaw

@theo I am not sure what’s going on here, but sudo is a relatively new member to the community (I encouraged him to write an article & retweeted him when he has 400 followers last month) But I would love to re-extend the invitation below. Let’s make it happen? x.com/theahmadosman/…

@theo @mweinbach Hey Theo, I would love to either have you over on my channel or join you in a live stream to chat more about the complexities around local models and break it down a bit in terms of reliability for your users I also would love to hear more about your experience w/ the community

@alightinastorm With a 50% reduced context window. Only useful if you are doing things that don't require Opus, defeating the purpose.

@sudoingX Using Openclaw the tool became the project for me. After starting fresh with Hermes (no importing) I'm actually using it as a research partner like I intended. Not having to hack together my own memory system was the unlock for me to actually use the agent productively.

anyone feel themselves using openclaw a bit less lately? personally I feel like it’s memory is not great and it’s tool use even with skills is not close to claude code I like it for quick on the go things but it’s not a workhorse for me by any means at this point

@Cernovich I'm fascinated by these markets. Everything will become rigged. Everything wrestling. All expectations that can be subverted will be until the last minute for maximum gain. Mercenary misinformers making money. The info war is here.

People keep saying OpenClaw is dead because Claude ships every day. That’s like saying Android is dead because Apple dropped an iPhone. One is a closed ecosystem. The other is an open source multi-model system for builders who want control. They’re not playing the same game.

I have a genuine feeling that within my lifetime we will see the wholesale abandonment of universal suffrage and "democracy" as we know it. We're already seeing the consolidation of American governance to the executive at the federal level. Likely other nations will follow suit of Singapore, El Salvador, and China. Nobody wants to admit it yet, but Fascism won the 20th century, it just rebranded itself.

Libertarianism in theory requires Lee Kuan Yew in practice. Order and borders are prerequisites for liberty and prosperity. Tolerance and internationalism enables trade and capitalism. Pragmatism about the scope of the state minimizes the scope of the state.

@bradmillscan I deleted my openclaw and spun up a hermes agent. I only talk to it when I want to do something because there's less to configure and it just works. Openclaw was fun but the tool became the project. Waste of time.

If you have activity bias, ADHD or anything resembling OCD, OpenClaw is a terrible drug and productivity poison. After 40 days in the trenches with this thing, my life is measurably worse. OpenClaw is a lot like crypto trading, gambling or playing video games. Most ppl are going to lose, and you’re going to feel like shit when you’re done - likely only 1% of ppl will find it additive to their lives. I am in a constant state of stress. I’m skipping workouts, my vision is fucked from 12-15 hrs a day on screens, my forearms are fucked from too much typing. There’s a never-ending maze of rabbit holes to fall down, footguns to step on and moles to whack. Plus when you finally do get it going, you start projects and don’t finish them because half way through something breaks. I’m not hitting the gym as often as I should, not eating right and I’ve completely lost sight of my goals and why I started in the first place. The idea of OpenClaw is so compelling and it’s very exciting when I get glimpses of what the future is going to be like when this is not a patchwork of chaos. This tech is dangerous. I know I said this last week but I need to take a break … I’m burnt out from all the constant debugging and errors across every fucking surface of this thing. It’s like trying to fly a plane without a license … oh and it’s on fire…and you’re on crack.
