Yesterday, we hosted an AF cryoablation teaching day. The session was attended by electrophysiologists Manoj Obeyesekere (MH-alum) & Sandeep Prabhu, along with Emily Kotschet, Stewart Healy & Jeff Alison. Was great to welcome our colleagues from @northernhealth_ & @AlfredHealth

A big step forward, it is hoped that these new devices will make it easier to treat patients with heart failure, and may reduce some of the risks associated with pacemakers with wires (like infections), which in turn increase the risk of more complicated procedures.
