We are so sad to hear the news about Scott Hastings. Scott was our first chair at My Name'5 Doddie Foundation and an incredible man, who was passionate about everything he did. He supported a huge number of important causes, and always did so with boundless energy and a smile.

Scottish Rugby is immensely saddened to learn of the death earlier today of former Scotland and British & Irish Lions centre, Scott Hastings. He was 61.

The funeral is due to take place this morning of MND campaigner Geoff Burrow. Born in Castleford, the 75-year-old father of 3 dedicated himself to supporting his son, Rob Burrow's campaign to raise awareness and funds for the new Motor Neurone Disease Centre at Seacroft Hospital.

It’s always a proud day for all the puppy walkers but was a particularly emotional day for Di and me having nursed him through his broken leg and then seeing him go on to become a licensed Police dog. He also has the perfect handler in Kenton

Having been seized from an abusive owner by the RSPCA Thunder has been in kennels for 3 months but no one wants a Mali x & so he remains there with the threat of being PTS. He is nothing like a Mali just a gentle chap who craves human company. Give him a chance. He is lovely.

As always New Years day we were up with the larks with Ella & TPD Ronnie to go to Ella’s favourite place Exmouth beach. 2025 has been the worst year ever in terms of pups not making it. As always Ella lifts our spirits. Hopefully a better 2026. Wishing you all a happy new year

Thanks for all the kind comments re Clive it’s much appreciated. I’m very privileged & fortunate to be able to watch dogs like Clive develop & grow. Clive has the most wonderful infectious personality and brings joy wherever he goes. I know Ceara has a great home lined up for him

💔 Run Free, Brave Boy 💔 Today, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let Opie cross over the rainbow bridge. 🌈 His body had been fighting against him for so long, and although his spirit was still so full of love, there were just too many complications for him to carry on. Right up to the end, he was surrounded by love. He had his cuddles, his favourite people by his side, and he truly believed he was coming home with us — he even tried to get up and walk out, bless him. 💙 He didn’t go alone. He went with gentle hands on him, soft words in his ear, and love guiding him every step of the way. That’s a promise we always keep — none of our dogs will ever pass alone. I like to think Finn was waiting for him, tail wagging, ready to show him the way over the rainbow bridge. 🌈🐾 Thank you to everyone who’s supported Opie, sent messages, and loved him from afar.
