@PurpleCityCo You're welcome. Monzo does not charge any fees for CHAPS payments. If you incur a fee, it is likely due to an intermediary bank. There are no charges for BACS payments. Just let us know if you do need any further information on this 🙏

@MonzoBusiness Hi. Thinking about signing up for a Pro business account (UK) and associated charges with debits, payments, BACS, CHAPS etc aren't clearly listed anywhere on the information page. Also called and there was no option to talk to a human about it either

@MonzoBusiness Hi, I’m trying to make a BACs payment with my Monzo Pro Business account using the App on my iPhone. There only seems to be an option for standard bank transfer. Please can you advise me on what I need to do? Cheers.

@MonzoBusiness I’ve been informed you’re putting your business pro prices up, from £5 to £9. What warrants the doubling of price? Improvement? Most business have tertiary software that does almost everything business pro does, it’s useful, but not £108 a year useful.

@MonzoBusiness Hey, do you allow the option to register for a business account as a Limited Liability Partnership. I can only see the options to do so as a sole trader or limited company. An LLP still requires companies house registration but that doesn't seem to be an option with @monzo ☹️

@MonzoBusiness what a poor service please avoid and use a proper bank! I have been on chat with a bot for the last hour getting nowhere. Restricting access to business accounts every time a transfer is made so staff and services cannot be paid is not what I signed up for.
