@Fayedayz @juniorkingpp If you distribute illegally today you get arrested. I don't know of a single person getting picked up for a recreational amount in a decade, even in the harshest states it's realistically a fine and maybe a few nights in jail if it's tied into a DUI.

Unironically ignores the fact people have been serving 5-10+ years on weed charges after the government did war on drugs, just to turn around a legalize it. That makes the law arbitrary if justice isn’t carried out in correct past sentencing
