JUST IN: Charges dismissed against Alex Tchervinski in downtown Cincinnati brawl; he now stands as a witness against other suspects
A judge has dismissed all charges against Alex Tchervinski after witnesses failed to appear in the massive downtown Cincinnati brawl that erupted after a Bengals game in January 2025.
Tchervinski was originally charged with felonious assault after video showed him involved in the chaotic fight.
He is now cooperating with prosecutors and will testify as a witness against the remaining suspects facing charges.
Black city leaders contend that Tchervinski should have been charged with felony rioting like the others arrested.
The case against him was dismissed with prejudice.
