@sntvizzy Achievable naturally, especially if under 40 years old. He is actually "not that big" by bodybuilding standards, but the combination of significant muscle mass along with being very lean creates a great illusion for the cameras. That said, he is more than likely on drugs.

We all survived bringing lunches to school and putting them in our lockers. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Providing lunch is fine — for a fee. Parents (not taxpayers) should own the responsibility for feeding their kids w/ exceptions for those in poverty. Infantilizing parents the way we have is shameful. "We don't even think you're capable of giving your own kids breakfast or providing their lunch." It's a disastrous message.

Universal free lunch is a bad idea.
