هو لو بقالي فترة جسمي مش بيتحسن، يعني بشيل نفس الاوزان، بجيب اخري من نفس العدات و المجهود و جسمي شكله مش بيتغير خلاص. المشكلة ممكن تكون في ايه؟

@zollotech I fixed it by signing out from the app store and then signing in and it fixed the issue

On #iOS16 when installing app updates you may have errors when trying to accept the terms of service. Seems a lot of people are having this issue right now.

كل وقت سيء بيمر لو إديته وقت كفاية.. ومجهود كفاية. ولحد الوقت ده ماييجي حاول تعيش اليوم بصورة أفضل من اللي إنت عايش عليها.. وجاهد فإنك تفضل موجود لحد ما الوقت يعدي. الوضع ممكن فعلاً يكون صعب ويستحق كل دقيقة حزن.. بس في النهاية مسيره ينتهي.
