@abuga_makori The NADCO amendments (2024) to the IEBC Act remain constitutional. What the court nullified were the partisan amendments (2023) pushed by Kenya Kwanza through Parliament immediately after the controversial ejection of Cherera and her team.

Look at this scenario. Raila Odinga goes to streets, IEBC selection panel is disbanded. After talks, a new panel is constituted, Kalonzo Musyoka tries to rig Augustus Muli in favour of Koki Muli, Augustus goes to court, delays IEBC reconstitution. Elsewhere, Justice Mugambi declares IEBC Act 2023 UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Then everyone blames President William Ruto!

It is good that police have produced Morara Kebaso at Milimani Law Courts under 24 hours after his arrest. I won't comment on his predicaments until I see the charge sheet (hopefully, it is not related to his democratic political activities). However, I have a strong conviction that he's working for embattled Deputy President Gachagua, however much he denies this. Credible NIS sources have established this. Gachagua is his financier.
