An Announcement to the Entire UltronAI Community First and foremost, we want to be fully transparent and inform everyone that at launch, we received a big portion of the tokens. The only reason we did this was to control the supply, ensuring sufficient price support. We have actively provided liquidity through market-making and also bought back a significant number of tokens during price drops to stabilize the price. We have no plans to sell any of our tokens. While our intentions may have been good, we completely understand the community's concerns and the resulting FUD. We have openly discussed these concerns and potential solutions with community members. A special thanks to @VaicusEth , who candidly expressed his concerns and actively helped us address this issue. Before sharing the specific solution, I’d like to emphasize a couple of key points: 1. Everyone who has used our product knows just how exceptional UltronAI is. It is the result of our team’s immense time, effort, and dedication. We have ambitious plans for our entire roadmap (which we will announce soon). Behind this exceptional product is our strong belief and vision for AI agents and AI trading. This is not a hype-driven project, and I believe the product will speak for itself about this. 2. While we are not claiming that controlling the supply was the right decision, it is also true that many successful projects that eventually achieved great success controlled their supply at launch. A relatively concentrated token distribution can help create a healthier PA chart and contribute to the product’s long-term, sustainable growth. That said, we clearly lacked the experience to execute this strategy better. After productive discussions with the community, we initially proposed burning this portion of tokens. However, community members suggested allocating these tokens to more valuable initiatives, such as future CEX listings, market-making, and community building. This approach would better support the product’s long-term, healthy growth. As a result, we will adopt the following plan: 1. We will lock more than 90% of the tokens we currently hold with at least a 1-month cliff followed by 6 months of linear vesting. The remaining 10% will be held in the treasury account as a reserve for any temporary needs. We will complete this lockup process as soon as possible and share the corresponding on-chain records. 2. The success of any project requires both an exceptional product and a strong community. I believe we have made a strong start in both areas. However, it is undeniable that the team has made a significant mistake. We refuse to let this mistake defeat us, and we certainly won’t allow such an outstanding product—already recognized by so many people—to be ruined by this error. I firmly believe that with good intentions, every mistake has the opportunity to be corrected. We sincerely ask the community to stand with us, face this challenge together, and fix this mistake.
