@FalconryFinance According to the actual vote totals, 20 votes were cast and he only received one. So he didn't win, the letter is notifying him that votes were cast and if he wants to contest it or not.

@KellyScaletta @TheRobertBshow Point of information, I don't know how other states do it but in New York, Mail has to be returned before you can start taking people down. Every time I've seen a news article about a dead person receiving an absentee ballot, the family always threw it away rather than return it

@TheRobertBshow These things are automatic. People don't tend to "unregister" to vote when they move or die.

Mail-in voting doesn't start for 8 days in Pennsylvania.
There literally has not been a mail-in ballot sent. Last I checked 20% of zero is zero.
