Tips from experience: use floor markers to encourage jumping, rather than excessive lateral movement; three spot lines were colour coordinated to help with organisation; throwers only score by hitting below the knee to also encourage jumping and general safety.

Asteroids and Astronauts - a great game from @Complete_PE which Y3/4 loved ☄️ 🧠 using a range of jumps to successfully dodge an opponents throw. ❤️ celebrating their own success and their peers. 👏🏻 effective jumping, dodging and underarm throwing. @HelmRLT #PrimaryPE

All children in Donaldson, Dahl and Rowling participated in a football tournament to kick off our House Competition Fixtures for this year! Competition was closely fought, with Neptune running out eventual winners. This week, school also had an orienteering course installed!

@HarrySmithPE Hiya mate, yea we deliver this to Y5 in summer 2 in preparation for NY. Useful in terms of providing programme structure with the obvious benefit of some shiny certificates on finishing! With experience we’ve adapted it to suit our children - overall worth the reasonable price 👍🏼
