In Sweden, the dating game flips - women confidently make the first move without shame or hesitation. No games, no waiting, just bold honesty. Maybe Sweden isn't just a place... maybe it's a dream.

@nbstv Imagine Uganda as a peaceful village surrounded by a strong fence named "Uganda’s Sovereignty." Foreign troublemakers try to sneak in, but a wise elder with a "Protection Law" shield stops them. The bill aims to keep Uganda safe from harmful foreign interference. #SovereigntyBill

Someone from Rubaga, allegedly working with KCCA has blocked the road drainage and intends to erect a wall fence in it. This is very shameless. @KCCAUG @KCCASpox

@DailyMonitor Finishing the 3 months means the individuals will have a permanent criminal conviction on their record. A successful appeal would clear their names, which is important for future employment, travel, and civil rights.

UPDATE: The Buganda Road Chief Magistrate's Court has sentenced eight environmental activists to 11 months in prison on charges of public nuisance. Speaking after the ruling, Kato Tumusiime, the defence lawyer, protested the sentence and announced plans to challenge it in the High Court. He argues that the decision is intended to silence freedom of expression and speech in Uganda. The activists, operating under their umbrella group "Rooted in Resistance", formerly "Students Against EACOP Uganda",have been on remand since August 1, 2025. They were arrested while marching to Stanbic Bank’s headquarters in Kampala to protest activities linked to the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP). #MonitorUpdates 📹: @princewdavid

KCCA Deputy Executive Director, Benon Kigenyi, says the delays on the Kibuye-Busega-Nateete road project were caused by a mix of misunderstandings over responsibility and logistical challenges. He adds that following scrutiny of stalled projects, the Ministry of Works and Transport has clarified roles with KCCA to pave the way for work to resume, with efforts now focused on addressing key infrastructure needs once funding is fully secured. #MonitorUpdates 📹: @lbrahim_Kavuma
