Harmless joke but a reminder that Tony Vitello is 47 y/o. He’s 2 years removed from being even the eldest millennial. He’s closer to 60 than he is to 34. Robbie Ray (34) is the oldest player on the Giants Opening Day roster. None of the players he’s managing really sniff his age.

Quick thread on patellofemoral pain syndrome (aka runner's knee) with report that is what Stephen Curry is dealing with for #DubNation:
-This is a blanket term that is used for pain in the front of the knee centered around the kneecap.
-Essentially there is irritation in the structures around the kneecap which causes pain
-This usually arises from overuse / excessive load in pro athletes
-An MRI can be obtained in some cases to make sure there is not a cartilage defect and/or other issue causing the pain
-Treatment centers around rest (decreasing load) and modalities to decrease inflammation
