Feeling threatened, Henkle drew his handgun and fired several shots. He hit Mozee in the arm, but one round also struck an innocent bystander who was driving past in the left lane. Henkle was originally charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, while Mozee faced a misdemeanor battery charge. @kent_police Owen rammed the vehicle got 12 years 8 months but Patrick the passenger got 18 years… make it make sense. They KILLED a kid. That should be 25 years atleast. Attempted murder on the other passengers which should be 10 years per person. So I would say 60 years atleast!
